Our Practice
The Advanced Health Therapy Center is a multi-disciplinary practice that includes licensed Massage Therapists. Bowen Therapist and a Reiki Master. This integrative team of health care practitioners use a combination of many types of bodywork for the purpose of relieving pain and stress. On your first visit we will discuss your health history and any pain or restrictions you are experiencing. Each session will be customized to your needs.
Our People
Richard Pakozdi, LMT -- is a Bowen therapist with a diploma from the Bowen Academy of Australia, The New York Institute of Massage and certifications from The Core Institute School of Massage Therapy and Structural Bodywork. He is a specialist in the treatment of chronic pain and orthopedic injuries. With many years of research and study, he has developed procedures that have helped world-class athletes, dancers and entertainers reach higher levels of performance.
"I don't believe that any one modality is the answer for treating all conditions. It is the synergism of many modalities integrated together that is needed to truly individualize patient wellness. I match the appropriate technique to the underlying pathology of a particular condition. By incorporating such techniques as: Neural Touch™, Bowen Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, Orthopedic Massage and lessons learned from Olympic and professional athletes, I am able to offer a unique multidisciplinary approach in eliminating the most complicated pain conditions to assume peak performance."
Amy Mason, LMT -- Graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. Amy practices Soothing Swedish Massage, Myofacial Release to ease restrictions and penetrating Deep Tissue Massage. Every session is customized to meet each client's changing needs.
